Please read carefully this instruction before massage therapy! Massage can have a very beneficial
impact on your body and it’s functions. While it can be very beneficial and relaxed it can have some
contraindications on your body system if done when it shouldn’t. If you have or had any of this
condition, please, you need to consult with our massager for your own good:

  2. Diabetes
  3. Taking any medications for cardiovascular (heart and veins) system
  4. If you had any cardiovascular or nervus system problems/diseases
  5. Slipped vertebrae disc (also known as hernia)
  6. Any surgery in recent time
  7. Any injuries or inflammation of nerves, bones, joints, skin, muscles, veins…
  8. Varicose veins
  9. Embolism or suspected embolism
  10. Infectious diseases
  11. Bone fractures
  12. Fresh wound
  13. Hypertension (high blood pressure)
  14. Any skin problems/diseases/allergies
  15. High body temperature
  16. Swelling due to heart or liver problems
  17. Malignant tumors
  18. Any type of cancer
  19. Tuberculosis
  20. Purulent process

What is the difference between classic and sports massage?

Not much. In principle sports massage is
a little bit more aggressive and can cause a little bit more pain when applying. Both types of massage
have a significant impact on your muscle system, skeletal (bone) system, skin, connective tissue,
nervous system, cardiovascular system, lymphatic system, respiratory system, digestive system,
urinary tract and more!


So which type of massage should you choose?

That depends on what you want. If you want to just
relax and do something good for your body then you should choose classic massage. If you have any
problems with your muscle – skeletal system or you just do a big amount of sports activity then you
should choose sport massage. But usually even in sports massage we do parts of classic massage in
between so you can fully relax and have a great time and enjoy massage.
